Description
Fred Joiner’s trio of poems, Blood Sound, captures the thrum and pulse of the city and the body. This tiny, handmade micro-chapbook commemorates Joiner’s reading at the House Party Reading Series on November 10, 2018, and was hand-produced by 2009 Waiters. The author signed and numbered an edition of 50. Features a cover photograph by Erik Streufert. Proceeds from all sales go to support the House Party Reading Series.
Fred Joiner is a poet and curator living in Chapel Hill, NC. His work has appeared in About Place, Callaloo, Gargoyle, Fledgling Rag, and other publications. He is the co-founder of The Center for Poetic Thought and a Board Member of The American Poetry Museum.
